1. Introduction: These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of our online shopping platform, Cheeky Shopping (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with these Terms or any part of them, you must not use the Platform.

2. Accounts: In order to use Cheeky's services, you must have a registered account (referred to as "Account"). You can register by logging in through your Facebook, Gmail, Instagram, or other third-party login account as permitted by Cheeky. By registering through a third-party login, you represent and warrant that the account belongs to you and that you have full rights to provide the information. You must provide all requested registration information to complete the process. Cheeky may choose to refuse registration at its discretion and may change the method of registration at any time.You are solely responsible for the security of your computer and activity on your account, including unauthorized use. You must notify Cheeky immediately of any unauthorized use and agree to indemnify and hold Cheeky harmless for any charges and taxes incurred from unauthorized use, unless you have notified Cheeky and requested to block access. 3. Eligibility: To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Cheeky does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 16. In the event that you become aware of an individual under the age of 16 has enrolled without parental approval, please notify us immediately. In the event that we have collected data from an individual under the age of 16, we will delete such data immediately. 

4. Product Information: We make every effort to ensure that all information provided on the Platform is accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not guarantee that this information is error-free and reserve the right to make changes to such information without notice.

5. Orders: All orders placed through the Platform are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

6. Pricing: All prices are in US dollars and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice.

7. Payment: The Platform does not process payments. Payment for all orders will be made directly to the seller on your behalf. Cheeky Shopping does not accept payment at any point in time has no responsibility for cancellations or refunds.

8. Shipping: The shipping of the products will be facilitated by the sellers and delivery time will be communicated by the seller. Cheeky Shopping does not guarantee delivery dates and will not be liable for any damages or costs resulting from any delay.

9. Returns and Refunds: We will accept returns of defective or damaged products within 30 days of receipt. We will either replace the product or issue a refund, at our discretion. If a user purchases an item via in-app influencer affiliation and proceeds to return said items, any cash back received by influencers will be served a negative charge to their cheeky cash balance.

10. Intellectual Property: All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use any content from the Platform without our express written permission.

11. Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages or losses of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform.

12. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

13. Disputes: You agree that you are solely responsible of any disputes, interpersonal conflicts, and general interactions which occur in any connection with Cheeky’s platform, or service. Cheeky holds no liability in any damages incurred through user-to-user interactions and has no responsibility to get involved in such.

14. Governing Law: These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
